Excellence is a continual pursuit, both on and off the roof.  As a company of people eager for knowledge and life experience, we endeavour to keep our wits sharp and our business in the vanguard.  Our busy season is ramping up and we have recently re-certified in these two standard fields, plus an additional certification we’re excited to add to our epaulettes.

Basic certifications for roofing & eavestrough work:

• First Aid Level C – A skill we keep up-to-date and hope never to need.  Our first responder tickets are a must-have for any serious roofing crew.  Roofing can be a very demanding job, and it is important to know how to address the different bumps and scrapes that come with the turf.
• Fall Arrest – The most important aspect of roofing safety is staying on it.  The Alberta Occupation Health & Safety organization is continually refining and improving their practices and criteria for safe practices for roofing in Calgary.  We ensure to keep our staff up to date with the use usage and installation of roofing and safety equipment.  With up-to-date gear and practices roofing is quite safe throughout the year.

  HAAG Certified Roofing Inspectors – The HAAG Certified Residential Roofing Inspector certification is a must have for any serious roofing company and inspector.  This course is designed to prepare us to understand each element that goes into assessing an existing roof installation.  Hail, wind, age mechanical damage, chemical exposure, etc. – all leave tell-tale signs.  Knowing how to interpret this information is critical to giving the homeowner a precise and clear understanding of their roofing installation.  Whether it is long term planning or hail damage or wind damage evaluations for insurance claims, it is important to be concise and knowledgeable, and that’s why we have our HAAG Certified Residential Roofing Inspector Tickets
